Tour (3)

Yesterday we drove from Italy to France along the Mediterranean. It was pretty amazing. Maybe one of the most beautiful drives of my life.

Going from Maastricht, Holland to Genova, Italy today. Only about 12 hours South. I’m excited. Jeff and I grew up on Genova Salami.  And  … We made it! And then people actually came! Shocking. The show was great until Jeff broke a string and we self-destructed during the last few songs. Maybe we were cranky from the ride. Now we’re staying at a crazy hostel that seems to be a huge converted school or hospital. A perfect place for a zombie attack.

We made it to the gallery/venue. Had some soup and started hanging the art show.
I’m constantly a little stressed about how the art will survive. If someone will steal it or if it will get damaged when it is mailed back to me.

At around 7 or 8 we went to our hotel Esperanto Domo-the owner is a practitioner (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperanto)
and  I fell asleep at 9, hoping to sleep the whole night.
But … aaaaa. No luck I woke at 12 and haven’t been able to fall back asleep.
So now I’m writing this.
